The purchase of the products on the site is framed by the general conditions below. You will be asked to read it before the validation of your purchases.

1. Object

These terms and conditions are intended to govern the terms of sale between us company OrientaleTendance and the customer during the various stages, from placing orders until the delivery of products. They define the rights and obligations of each party.

2. Product

The items offered for sale by the company OrientaleTendance are those listed on the site on the day of consultation of the site by the future customer, within the limits of available stocks. In the event of a total or partial unavailability of a product after placing the order, OrientaleTendance agrees to inform the customer as soon as possible by email.

3. Price

The price of the articles on the site are presented in euros, all taxes included (TTC) except expenses of delivery or return (see article 5 delivery). OrientaleTendance reserves the right to change prices at any time but agrees to apply to the customer the price in effect at the time of placing the order.

4. Ordered

5. Delivery

OrientaleTendance undertakes to deliver any item ordered within a maximum period of 30 days except artcile in function. It can not be held responsible in case of force majeure: wars, riots, fires, strikes, impossibility of being supplied. The goods always travel at the risk of the recipient.

However in case of delay, the company undertakes to inform its client as soon as possible and make every effort to respect its commitments. The delivery charges are indicated in the basket including the selection of the customer. The company OrientaleTendance uses for the transport of its parcels the carriers: Chronopost, Colissimo, and Mondial Relay. This information will be indicated on the final page, before the placing of order, for any order in delivery a minimum purchase of 22 € is necessary.

6. Payment

10. Conditions of exchange and return

11. The procedure to follow
