How to make a return?

- STEP 2 : Click on "My orders" so you will have the opportunity to consult the history of all your orders with for each order a reference and its current status (being delivered, delivered etc).
- STEP 3 : Click on the reference of the order you wish returned so the details of the order will be displayed with the different items.
- STEP 4 : Select the product you want to return and indicate the reason for your return in a few words without forgetting your wish: refund, exchange or change of article or size.
- STEP 5 : Generate a return, your return request and now complete, and pending validation by an advisor. After validation of your return by our services (within 24 hours maximum), you will be able to print the GOOD RETURN to attach imperatively to your parcel. Return the package.
Exchange and refund return conditions
Under the current regulations, you have a period of 14 days upon receipt of your package to return it in its original packaging.
